My car was making grinding noises they said it was my water pump I went to another Machanic and it was my radiator fan I’m not saying Machanics can’t make mistakes but at least check the car and seek other problems instead of just trying to hit me in the head. I would’ve ended up paying 1000 dollars for no reason. My response- even though I didn’t state anything about getting a diagnostic on the car I never said I didn’t want one it’s your job to provide the best customer care… and you did not say may been the problem you said it was the problem without even making sure I’m not saying your a bad Machanic but for future times I would suggest you suggest to the customer to get a diagnostic on there car before they pay for things that wasn’t needed even if they may seem like they’re sure about what the problem is remember your the Machanic not them.
